friendly server quaint room
I found the front desk staff helpful . the breakfast room was quaint with windows overlooking the river. It added a special touch. the breakfast server was especially friendly, that was a nice touch.
the lift was very noisy and disturbed my sleep! it was quite disruptive because of its proximity to the rooms. i think soundproofing improvements are needed to ensure a more nothing noisy .
